SHIPPING / RETURN POLICY

Please note that by purchasing goods from DopestArt., you have agreed to the following terms.

SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PREPARING

  • Normally, all orders will be prepared and shipped within 2-5 business days (due to the global materials shortage, shipments may be delayed)

ORDER DELIVERY 

  • Delivery usually takes 10-15 business days for Standard Shipping and 7-10 business days for Express Shipping but the dates are estimates ONLY in accordance with our carriers.
  • If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (i.e. severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please note there may be additional shipping time to deliver your orders.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

  • We will inform you of the logistics tracking number via email after shipping. You can track your order on 17TRACK.

CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS

  • Normally we can only change the shipping address before the package leaves our warehouse. If you need to change the shipping address after order placement, please contact us to see if we are still able to change it.

LOST PACKAGE

  • During the transit, if you believe that your package was lost please contact us in time. We will follow up with the carrier and feedback in time.
  • Any package lost after delivery please kindly contact your local carrier for further help.

 

RETURN POLICY

RETURN PERIOD & CONDITION

  • All return requests of returnable items must be raised within 7 days after receipt. 
  • Some of the collectible items are non-returnable as they are made in limited runs, hand-painted or hand-assembled. Kindly pay attention to the detail in item description before placing orders.
  • Slight imperfection happens but if the item you purchased have a significant defect right out of the box (e.g., the product is broken, has missing parts or missing accessories, etc.), please reach out customer service at info@dopestart.com immediately with photos and videos, your order number. The unpacking video is highly recommended. We will evaluate the evidence and feedback with the decision in 48 hours.
  • All returns have to be made in their original packaging with all products and accessories. You have to keep the products unopened and return in original packaging if you are making change-of-mind returns

 

RETURN SHIPPING FEE

  • Return shipping will be on you if you've changed your mind and no long want the items. We'll be happy to issue a full refund once the item arrives back to us.
  • Return shipping will be on us if the item was damaged in transit, or there's any other issue that's clearly our fault (again, the unpacking video is highly recommended to testify the situation). We'll provide you a reimbursement for the return shipping fee.


REFUND PROCESSING

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item has arrived back at our warehouse. Please allow 2 business days after receipt of returns for the refund to be processed on our end.
